• Services Offered

  Ridder S.A.S offers services in software development, UX/UI design, website creation, online stores, custom software, P.O.S software, and UX/UI design.

• Intellectual Property

  Ridder S.A.S owns all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to: images, sound, audio, video, software, or text; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), owned by Ridder S.A.S or its licensors. All rights reserved. Pursuant to Articles 8 and 32.1, paragraph second, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including making it available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of Ridder S.A.S, is expressly prohibited.

  Ridder S.A.S commits not to disclose or reveal confidential information about its clients' data, work methods, processes, and contractors.

• Cancellation and Refund

  Ridder S.A.S does not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if the client is not satisfied with the service provided, Ridder S.A.S commits to making the necessary adjustments to meet the client's needs.

• Limitation of Liability

  Ridder S.A.S reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time. If material changes are made to these Terms and Conditions of Service, Ridder S.A.S will notify you by posting an announcement on the Ridder S.A.S website. If you do not agree to the revised Terms and Conditions of Service, you may terminate your contract with Ridder S.A.S. at any time.
